Targeted Lung Health Checks are now available in Horley!

If you're aged 55 to 74 and are a current or former smoker, you may be eligible for a free lung health check - provided we have your smoking status on record.

These checks are part of the NHS Lung Cancer Screening Programme, designed to detect lung problems early, when treatment is more likely to be effective and less complex.

Look out for a yellow envelope in the post. If you receive one, please take up the invite - it could save your life.

Please note this is currently only available for Smallfield and Birchwood patients, the service will be available for Townhill patients at a later date.
