Horley Children's Wellbeing Service: Sign up for Sleep Matters

Please see below for details on the sessions, aimed to support children and young people with their sleep hygiene and give practical ideas and tips to encourage a good night's rest. 

Information:
👤: All children aged 8 - 18
📍: This online session is held via Microsoft Teams - you will need a device to access it e.g. mobile phone, tablet or computer
⏰ : The session is a single session and is 45 minutes long
🔁: Sessions usually occur monthly, apart from in school holidays when dates may vary.
