CALLBACK FOCUS TIME

To help us respond to patient enquiries more efficiently, our reception team will have dedicated Callback Focus Times between 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM and 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM each weekday. During these periods, we will be returning calls and processing requests, so routine appointment bookings by phone will not be available. Please use the NHS App or our website during these times.
